Yes they have this real name system. Before zhangs want to do anything like buying a kitchen knife they need to submit their ID to the shop.
Now this shitty system has spread to their biggest social media platforms like weibo and bili. On weibo these accounts that have a good amount of following is required to show their name. I don't use bili for obvious reason but it is the same shit now. This real name system fucked basically everyone over, not really limited to chuubas.

If I have to be honest I have no fucking clue how would any outsider be able to fill in the real name system to stream before they could worry about getting doxxed, again I'm not a zhang and don't use these shithole sites.
