I think you gotta realize, the whole situation was shit sandwich she put them in. I think the worst mistake they made through this whole thing was hiring her in the first place, and I say this as someone who loved watching Selen back in the day. I could accept the argument that perhaps the rules they have a pedantic, restrictive, arbitrary, over bearing. There's absolutely no sane reason to side with the management in this situation. Everyone who left the company has complained about how incompetent, draconian, and generally shit the management is. Every single one. They were so bad they made Pomu cry on stream, but of course they privated. The company has been copyright striking news channels that talk about how shit they are, FFS.
