I can't see this happening. Doki wants to do what Selen always does: host large tournaments involving vtubers from all kinds of corpos and indies. unless HoloEN loosens collab restrictions, this is basically impossible or takes a long time, and we know from the drama that Selen tends to go rogue if there's too much bureaucracy to go through. She is more likely to wait for VSPO EN auditions or remain indie and become a HoloEN orbiter like Patra or Ui.

Pomu though, I can see her getting into EN4.

The only thing I can see Doki wanting really would be allowance to collab with the Holo’s more freely probably. They indeed have a lot more to lose than to gain by getting roped into another corp.
