Simply put, it's not that NijiEN did not let it go. It is because 'the internet', i.e., you all did not let it go. Yes, I am blaming YOU for worsening the whole situation. The way Japanese companies work (source: personal experience) is that the most important thing there (especially, if you're a well-known company) is 'reputation'. Not money, not employees, not even the top brass. Reputation.
