Nijien was doomed to fail from the start, because kurokara's talent scouts (if they had any) were terrible at judging character. The vetting should have been more stringent to not allow malicious and toxic personalities like elira, enna, millie, reimu and vox among others, into the company. Yes, this is what the scouting team should do, and no, they didn't need to be fucking psychics to do it ; just be competent at what they do. Add to the fact that there were no well-paid and capable tardwranglers, it was only a matter of time before the branch implodes. As a comparison, Cover fucked up by hiring Rushia, meanwhile kurokara pretty much recruited multiple Rushias.
