She doesn't. Her laugh is just quieter than normal, it's not fully silent.
Most streamers use noise filtering to reduce background sounds, Kaela's laugh gets caught by it. When she played that car game that let you record your own sound effects, she showed off how much her stream audio filters stuff out by comparing it to the record game audio.
