I'm sure there are plenty of low-mid tier ones, but the high tier female vtubers exclusively succeed by fulfilling some kind of male fantasy that isn't being satisfied by 3dpd women/streamers. If you look at feminist reactions to gaming and anime, or really any kind of entertainment media, they utterly detest the idea that women should seek to satisfy male fantasies, so it's unlikely there will ever be a successful feminist vtuber, at least not one that's built on the current audience that female vtubers appeal to.
