Cover is apparently ok with these interactions. They see no problem with their talents being lovey-dovey with a company that is under a huge scrutiny right now for abusing their workers, forming cliques, harassing people and racism. And this is the real problem here. Kiara's interactions are only the prelude to a much worse and deeper issue with Cover as a company. If Cover staff doesn't see a problem with this and similar interactions that means they pretty much agree, or at least dont see a problem, with BLACKCOLOR and how they manage things.
