That's not how DMCA works, nor is that how Content ID works. They are separate things. You can DMCA something without uploading it to YouTube. Alternatively, you can have Content ID match on your IP even if it isn't a public video.
Anycolor can't easily use Content ID because the song itself is part of a YouTube public library for anyone to use. They could try to make a DMCA claim, but they would probably not succeed either. They could do it out of spite to fuck with her and cause her grief, but if they are involved in any litigation, spiteful moves are not great to make.

I think Doki is causing some general jealousy because it’s easy to say “the drama pumped her” but the truth is she stabilized as an high number streamer because she loterally choose her fanbase over anything else at every turn, she streams while being overwhelmed to spend tome with the Dragoons, she did all these takebacks to ease the transition and basically admitted she’s delaying the new model purely because she’s super scared they will not like it.
The secret of her success is her fanbase, which has been an hard 3 year work. Caught the dramawave and used it for charity and goodwill because she was not interested in milking it.
