From what I understand, ReGloss is basically non-japanese girls accepted into Hololive given their own little branch since Japanese don't like watching non-Japanese? Is that about right?
In my opinion? I think they should turn ReGloss into a much bigger branch. Start hiring tons of vtubers into that branch, kind of like what Niji does. That way they can get more market saturation. Also because it's a training-wheels branch there's less expectation for the vtubers to be at the same level of quality/viewership as a standard HoloEN talent.

I actually looked into the numbers before. If it was just the top 35 of each company, Hololive would crush Niji. But Niji's 150 other talents are making up the difference. Each one is small, but enough pebbles add up to a boulder.

With the Neo-Porte 3D debuts around the corner, I’ve been checking out 3D models of different agencies (basically Hololive, NijiJP and VSPO), and surprisingly enough (?), i found VSPO’s models (and Reid’s 3D model) to be of the “highest” quality (at least closest to Ui-mama’s model, which is one of the gold standards in the vtuber world imo). The shaders are especially impressive, however the hair can be funky at times. There are also some clipping issues here and there, mainly for the clothes (which is present for all three agencies tbf). Maybe it’s not that surprisingly since they were able to dedicate more time to each model compared to the bigger agencies (who have more members to focus on).
