Don't let your talents buy out their contracts, lol. If your talents blow up and rake in the money you have them on a leash and a guaranteed revenue stream, if they fail and you lose money you can then graciously offer to renegotiate their contracts to allow for buy outs.

Beyond that only hire talents within your own country, which makes litigation in case they breach contract easier. You have relatively little leverage over a talent halfway across the world where you have to file and then appear/hire a lawyer to appear in a Japanese of Filipino court.
