Unless you are watching vtubers with 10 viewers or less, you will never receive this, and even if you do, your preoccupation on whether or not they're in a relationship makes me think you have some issues that need to be worked out, and probably make Vtubers uncomfortable.
If I had a viewer like you who watched me only because I'm a lonely and insecure anime girl and that if I actually broke out of that and found success in my life, you'd leave because you "don't find it relatable" and "want maximum attention from the vtuber", I wouldn't want you as a viewer to begin with.
Just watch the stream, enjoy the content, have a good time, and stop giving a shit what goes on behind the scenes. It's not for you to know, and even if they bring it up, them dating someone shouldn't affect your ability to enjoy the content you have been up until that point.

I thought that I watched one girl for only entertainment only, her streams had 0% GFE, and 100% banter with chat and silly jokes. Then I found out she had a bf, and that made me realize I did watched her for GFE. Now I barely watch her.
Let's be real, there is way more entertainment in watching movies, shows, or listening to audiobook than watching a girl playing video games or talking about mundane shit.
