Wactor is looking at the largest channels on Twtich. Out of the top 11, 4 are Spanish-speakers. On Youtube, the picture is considerably different, with the largest Spanish-speaking channel being in 33th place (Babadun).
I do not know about revenue, but viewership numbers are still there.
I barely use Twitch, but I can attest to the fact that almost every once of my friends and acquaintances consumes far more Twitch content than Youtube content.
