She has flip flopped on reading EVERY single superchat because it takes a lot of time. Time that she could be focusing on making new content, behind-the-scenes hololive related things, or her life outside of hololive. Turning off superchats isn't a good option because it makes some viewers upset, but she at least doesn't feel guilt over not being able to read them.
