Depends on where in Austria you are talking about. Most larger cities speak basically official German similar to Kiara.
In the DoKomi podcast she was asked to do her dialect and said that it isn't very strong. And as a kraut I can confirm that she is correct.

If you however go into rural areas their dialect can be almost a completely different language. It's the same in Germany as well, some of the local dialects can be completely ineligible for any German not from there.

Why do you guys hate idol songs so much? I always found that weird when it comes to western Hololive fans, if you enjoyed you would also get much more enjoyment out of Hololive. Almost all idol songs honestly sound the same to me. Even Heart Challenger only interests me beyond being a Kiara song because of the trumpets and the few English lines that break up the idolness.
Aikotoba III gets 100% carried by the MV for me and when it comes to Hololive music stuff like Yumemiru Sora e just has nothing to distinguish it from other idol songs.
Hinotori, Heart Challenger and Sparks are a decent mix but when she adds too much idol stuff to that it becomes samey pretty quick.

I don't particularely enjoy rap but I like Mori and her success because I hope it will expand what a "Hololive song" can be.
Kiara's renditions of Megitsune were great and I'd much rather have her sing stuff like that instead of of another idol song that sounds like the last one.
