Attacking Nijisanji in the west gets you nowhere. They have few fans here, and even fewer enemies. People will disregard your rant because they don't know the subject matter.

There's a decent chance that they don't really know Nijisanji well enough to attack them on anything. Also, an even smaller chance that they do know Nijisanji, and find their practices more palatable. Nijisanji takes chances on promising nobodies and newbies, give their talent plenty of freedom in terms of content and scheduling, and don't expect them to treat vtubing as their primary career. An outspoken anti-corpo indie might rank the company a little higher on these points.

Leave Irys alone. She has fresh eyes that is always eager and positive. She legit plays through games until finish because she gets so invested or highly competitive. Her Karaokes are a blast as well. You also fail at thinking about whether or not that talent actually can commit consistently. People like Irys have struggled through the years to provide consistent content. They are reliable. What I can tell is that Cover will most likely not hire a regular streamer just like how Irys wasn't or just like how only Ame of the HoloMyth is considered a streamer the rest had other stuff going for them. Character limit forces everyone to be either really concise, which leads to misinterpretations, or to be extremely hostile, either because you can't be bothered to be concise or because saying "fuck off sweetie" gets you way more interactions. Combine the two, plus how easy it is to spread tweets (and make them viral sometimes) by retweeting or liking them, and you have a site where a bunch of people who had their first viral tweet by complaining about something instantly develop a god complex where they believe their opinion is law and correct.
