That's probably most of it. Her humor isn't that bad, she's a fun collab partner, and if she puts her mind to it, she can be not bad at games, which makes it easier to watch when you're not being frustrated at them being awful at whatever they're playing.

She has a ton of interesting stories when she gets the time to talk about them. Even her family members are interesting on their own, with Anemachi having a cult following and her mom being a member of her channel while being super supportive of her work. Her antics in real life are some stories to behold, like recently when Toko shared a story of Suisei ordering eggplant doria without the eggplants.

She also has that ambition that drags you along her dream. When you realize where she comes from, you can't help but support her in realizing her goals, especially when you see all the effort she takes into making them a reality. The conviction she has can move mountains.

Aside from that, her design is amazing. The colors, the theme, how easy it is on the eyes, how it's simple on the whole while filled with insane amounts of detail that all cater to her as a whole, she's great to look at even if you don't wanna watch whatever game she's playing.

She has a lot of moments where she's pretty dumb, but she's pretty intelligent where it counts too. Suisei barely had any moments where she was in a scandal. She's as safe as safe can get, probably. She mentions that she butts heads with management the most out of all the holos but she never gets on their bad side, if such a thing exists. She wants to bring the best out of herself and that brings her to get the best out of others.

There's also her dedication to her fans. As you said, she keeps her fans at a place to just cheer for her, instead of forming parasocial relationships with them. She often goes and berates us, insults us, and so on, barely giving any GFE material if at all, saying that we don't deserve it and we never did anything to do so. However, that doesn't mean she doesn't love her fans, she goes out of the way to give back to the fans in other ways, from amazing lives, great songs, cover songs most every month, and putting out multiple amazing performances for free. She knows that she owes it all to her fans and she would never want to alienate us, even the ones who started with her from before she started hololive.

All in all she's quite the character. Hard to explain what is quite good about her, but if you like her, you just know.

She's living the dream yet she's very approachable. Her personality is both the ideal yet you can also say that she's someone like (You). Even then, she's the embodiment of living by doing what you love. She puts up one of the least facades in hololive, she is quite literally her character, making it easier to get to know her. I think everything has been already said but I want to talk about my personal experience after knowing her, this might get deep and emotional and all that shit. Excuse my ESLness, English isn't my first language.

Starting from December 2015. That's the month where I "finished" highschool. But I didn't really finish it, I couldn't because I felt like I didn't know what to do with my life. The next year, I thought that I could finish it but again I didn't because of cowardice or something else idk. From there, the next 4 years I was in the complete neetdom, leeching from my family. I wasn't really depressed or anything like that but it was difficult to find my will to live, my cat helped me a little bit.

In September 2020, I discovered hololive through Calli's debut stream. The next week, I had family problems and I was nervous about a lot of things. In October I think, I heard Tenkyuu for the first time. It was raw emotions condensed on a 4-5 minutes song. I kept hearing her covers and music but I didn't watch a single stream of her, I didn't even watch her 3rd 3D live. The next two months and a little bit of January were a little more easier thanks to hololive but that's it.

Mid January this year, I began to watch Suisei's out of curiosity. From there, I heard her story in the Aburage115's video, the video about Suisei's struggles, and her story taught me that my life wasn't so bad, she had her dreams almost crushed a few times but she kept going forward. I started to watch her almost religiously and I got to know her better. Her story gave me the strength I thought I didn't have, I'm starting to go outside more. I feel like I can accomplish something bigger. Someday I'll look back to this period and I will thank her for not giving up. I'll thank her for giving me the strength. She inspires people, she's something else. She's not a simple anime character moving her mouth when she talks. For me she is my inspiration. Plus, she's endearing, funny and smart.

TL;DR Susan is a whore.

First, always, ALWAYS get lossless version if possible. It's good for your ears. However, because lossless version is hardly accessible for original songs and impossible to get for covers, lossy version is all we get.

Youtube offers three versions of lossy versions in its stream, both on YT and YTM.
>Code 141: 256kbps AAC. Coveted premium version offered by YTM. "Transparent" lossy. Better than 320kbps mp3 and comparable to v0 mp3.
>Code 140: 128kbps AAC. Free version in YT and YTM. Non-transparent lossy.
>Code 251: 128kbps Opus. Same as above but in different format.

About AAC vs Opus, both of them are intended to replace mp3, the latter being much younger. Opus is described to be "transparent" (i.e. indistinguishable to lossless) at 160kbps, while AAC is "transparent" at 192kbps. I'm inclined to believe Opus is better than AAC, however, both code 140 and 251 have 128kbps, lower than the threshold for transparency, so it's not that important.

So, what codec will I get from YT/YTM? Code 141 is exclusively for music tracks on YTM. Both YT and YTM do not give code 141 for MVs regardless of premium status. In other words, your money towards premium is only useful when you listen to music tracks. Code 140 is used for YTM app (free version of music tracks, MVs regardless of premium status) and YT livestream. The rest uses code 251. Furthermore, YT (both app and site) automatically normalizes voice level outside of livestreams. For example, if you play Cry Baby cover on YT, it will sound more scuffed than on YTM because it is normalized to about 50%.

Lesson learned from this? Use YTM whenever you can and get workaround to de-normalize audio on YT.

For me it's her borderline OCD attention to theming/aesthetics that predates her Hololive involvement. The "blue comet star city" theme comes through with the subtlety of a sledgehammer in everything she's done, rather than being a more light flavour that would allow for greater versatility. You see it in her original song lyrics, to outfits/models, banners/UI elements, visual motifs in her MVs like konpeito, merchandise, even her avatar selection in Among Us.
It's all the more fascinating because it's clear the concept originates with her rather than being produced in a more collaborative fashion - she deliberately picked out a very specific creative path.

Eh, vinyl is more of a stylistic choice I feel and actually pretty popular nowadays. And it's always been the go-to for collectors, which is what the target demographics usually are. It's fairly common for small bands to sell only digital and if they do a physical release at all, it's gonna be vinyl. Or C-cassette, I've seen some rappers and punk bands do that.

But usually in the West, bonus tracks come in a digipak and a deluxe edition and maybe a third level, where you get more stuff with increasingly poor cost-to-stuff ratio, but at least you get everything on the release by buying the most expensive limited edition available. Meanwhile in Japan, they want you to shop in three different record stores and pay full price for three CDs that have only one track be different. Nice for the record stores, but complete bullshit for the customer especially with their apartment sizes. Usually in a Western release you get the new songs or more interesting remixes etc. by buying the cheapest option anyway, and the expensive ones are more for the die-hard fans who want to throw their money away in exchange for some demos, live takes and physical goodies.
