Pros : Lots of fans especially of the company which means very good numbers and money.

Cons : There's a lot of orbiting fans that are only fans of "Hololive" not you. They wont back you up if you get into a fight with management. And they definitely aren't on your side if they view you as someone who causes trouble for other talents. With how close hololive tries to portray itself this means unfair treatment is inevitable but you just have to watch your oshi suck it up and endure it.

To be honest both corpos feel pretty soulless. Major chuubas can graduate talents and replace them easily.
