Hololive commits more into the box pushing strategy. Hako-oshi is a common behavior within the hololive bubble, and it translates well with the brand loyalty.
It's too late for Nijisanji to replicate that. Even Kanae streamed over Lulu's graduation, but Nijisanji doesn't need to follow Hololive, what they are doing is also working out for them.

Considering how they pay them based on performance, with 200$ base salry, forced graduation is probably not even an option.
Holo is bigger right now, but the stars had as low as 10 viewers live.
Even at increased company costs, if 1 member did so poorly it wouldn't affect the company. They could even still get new costumes payed for by the company and would affect it overall. But if they still pulled that low viewers after all that, more likely the chuuba themselves would quit out of embarrassment, or fan pressure.
