Whether or not they need "saving" (validation by numbers) is dependent on the actual chuuba, not their raw CCVs.

This is especially true for Nijisanji whose members aren't bound by the same streaming contracts as post-2nd gen Hololive where they are contractually obligated to stream 3 times a week minimum outside of health reasons or planned breaks. This kind of structure leads to more Nijis who treat streaming as a hobby rather than their full time job.

As to my point, if Rosemi (or any of the other Niji-ENs) is such a person, and is happy enough streaming to ~1k and enjoys what she does, then she's doing fine.

On the flipside. There are people like Kiara from Hololive who would constantly stress out about her viewership numbers on stream despite the fact that she was getting 5K+ average CCVs which would easily be in the 90th percentile for all V-tubers. (I haven't actually watched her in a long time so I don't know if she's still like this, I was just using her as an example. I'm sure there are others who are similar even if they aren't so obvious about it)
