Lore / marketing, might also be somewhat involved in the anime convention and promotional side of things. They're credited as a "producer" - that means they'll be somewhat involved in hiring the tallents and staff, commisioning the models, arranging for all of the trailers, generating hype, securing funds for projects, and generally overseeing the project - it might be the case the EN managers have to answer to Omega, though that doesn't really seem to me to be the case.

The truth is, we'll probably never really know what Omega does since the girls are pretty much unwilling to talk about him and he just seems to answer the most trivial marshmallows on twitter. That said, we can all hate the fucker for being an attention whore who never does anything publically to justify the attention. I wouldn't mind Omega so much if they provided an insight into the inner workings of EN like A Chan sometimes does with JP, but as far as we're concerned, they're just a vtweeter with shit chuuni lore.
