Duolingo. Though they're both not great. Pochimaru did it right, in that she's improved her English via talking to native English speakers, and getting simple children study books for English. One can communicate in simply enough english that even a book for children will help them learn enough to have useable conversation skills with people.

Once she's got the most of the vocal palette down, the rest comes down to grammar and vocab. Undoing the damage done by katakana in it's entirely will be near impossible, she can definitely improve and get some decent pronunciation but if you don't learn how to make the sounds from a young age like pika then you'll get stuck with kana sounds and barely able to stray from them.
Getting good grammar and vocab down should be a priority rather than trying to learn the vocal palette imo. Else you'll be stuck just trying to learn how to make your mouth do sounds rather than learning the language.
